Bear's Hot Yinyasa
Bear’s Hot Yinyasa is a carefully designed hot yoga flow (95–100°) that moves with intention from start to finish. We begin with breathwork to warm the body from the inside out, then use heat and sequencing to gradually build strength, mobility, and focus. Each class moves toward a flowing rhythm — a moving meditation — that prepares the body and mind for stillness.
At Bear’s Yoga Den, we emphasize savasana as a practice in itself. The class is about more than postures — it’s about progression, presence, and leaving with the clarity to carry off the mat. All are welcome, and every practice meets you where you are.
Hot Bear Sculpt
Hot Bear Sculpt is where heat meets strength. In this class, yoga sequencing is paired with resistance work — using bodyweight, dumbbells, and core-focused drills — to build power and stability while keeping breath at the center. The heat amplifies the challenge, while mindful pacing ensures movements stay intentional and safe.
This class is designed for all levels — weights are always optional and scalable. It’s not about how much you lift, but about moving with purpose. Expect energy, sweat, and grit balanced with grounding and clarity — leaving you stronger and more centered, on and off the mat.
Bear Restore
Warm
Bear Restore is a grounding class set in a warm room. It combines slow, mindful flows with yin-inspired holds, restorative postures, and breath work. The mix gives you the best of all worlds — gentle movement to loosen the body, longer holds to open deeper, and restorative shapes to fully reset.
This class is accessible to everyone — beginners, longtime yogis, athletes, and anyone needing balance from the faster pace of life. Bear Restore is about slowing down, finding stillness, and leaving lighter and clearer than when you walked in.
Hot 26
Hot 26 is the traditional hot yoga sequence — 26 postures practiced in a set order, with two breathing exercises. Each posture is held twice, giving you the chance to go deeper while building strength, balance, and focus. The repetition makes this class one of the best ways to really learn the foundations and alignment of yoga postures.
The heat supports your body in opening up while sharpening discipline and concentration. Hot 26 is steady, focused, and an excellent practice for both beginners looking to build a foundation and seasoned practitioners refining their form.
Hot Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates at Bear’s is all about control, precision, and deep strength. Rooted in Pilates principles, this class targets the core, legs, and arms with small, intentional movements that create a big impact. It’s low-impact but powerful — designed to build stability, sculpt lean muscle, and strengthen from the inside out.
This is not a flow-based practice — it’s about slowing down, isolating muscles, and working with focus. Perfect for anyone looking to complement their yoga practice, cross-train for sports, or simply find a challenging workout that’s easy on the joints but heavy on the burn.

We offer private sessions to help you build a strong foundation, gain confidence, or simply practice in a one-on-one setting. Privates are also a great option if that’s just the way you prefer to practice.
We also host group events — from corporate wellness and community gatherings to college programs and sports teams. These can take place here in the Den or we can bring the practice to you.
