Restorative (Yin)

Our Restorative (Yin) class combines the slow, deep stretches of Yin yoga with restorative poses to promote deep relaxation and healing. Focusing on long-held postures, this class helps release tension, improve flexibility, and calm the mind, making it perfect for stress relief and recovery. All levels welcome.

Our Bikram class features a set sequence of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room to enhance flexibility, detoxify the body, and improve strength. This challenging, full-body workout helps increase circulation, balance, and mental focus while providing a powerful, invigorating experience. All levels welcome.
